Beschrijving
Deze 3-kops Italiaanse gelatomachine is een intelligente hardijsmachine die productie, bewaring en verkoop integreert. Elke container is uitgerust met een onafhankelijk productiesysteem. Giet gewoon de grondstoffen in de container en druk op de startknop om de productie snel te voltooien.
Na de productie schakelt de machine automatisch over naar de conserveringsmodus voor langdurige koeling en versheid van het ijs.

Dynamisch bevriezen en textuurcontrole
The JMYLB-20 features a dynamic freezing and preservation system, capable of reaching a minimum cooling temperature of -25℃, effectively locking in the freshness and texture of ice cream. The adaptive anti-frosting scraper design automatically adjusts the scraping action based on the ice cream’s hardness, preventing ice buildup and damage to the cylinder, while ensuring a smooth texture and consistent density in the finished product, thus improving product consistency.
