🇨🇳 Buy Machines from China — Step-by-Step Guide for Pakistan Customers

Recently, many Pakistani customers have come to me to consult how to buy machines. During the communication process, I found that many Pakistani customers are very interested in machines from China, but they are not very familiar with the process of importing machines, so I thought of writing an article to guide them. In addition to Pakistan, other customers who want to buy machines from China can also refer to the process in the article.

✅ Step 1: Confirm Your Requirements

  • Product model or picture
  • Quantity needed
  • Full delivery address (City + Postal Code)

✅ Step 2: Do You Have a Shipping Agent?

✅ YES:
We can ship to your agent’s warehouse or a Chinese port.

We usually ship goods to Pakistan by sea. The minimum order quantity for sea transportation is usually 0.5CBM or 1CBM, which varies according to different ports and different periods.

GuangZhou KengMing’s machines are usually 0.1-0.27CBM. It is recommended that you increase the number of machines to balance the freight. If you are using it for your own use, you can also do so. When the machines arrive at the local area, you can resell the excess machines and make a profit.

We can arrange shipping to the nearest port in Pakistan (e.g. Karachi Port).
⚠️ You will need to handle customs clearance and pick up the goods.

✅ Step 3: Get a Quotation

We will send you an official quotation with:

  • Product price
  • Shipping options
  • Packaging (e.g. wooden box)
  • Delivery time
  • Payment terms (T/T, AliPay)

✅ Step 4: Confirm Order & Make Payment

  • After confirming the quotation, we’ll send a formal invoice.
  • Payment via Bank Transfer (T/T), AliPay
  • Once payment is received, we’ll start the shipping process.

✅ Step 5: Shipment

We will arrange shipping and provide:

  • Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Packing List
  • Commercial Invoice

✅ Step 6: Customs Clearance & Pick Up

  • When goods arrive at your port:
    • You need to clear customs yourself
    • Then pick up the goods
